Consumer Services Supervisor

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to Business Services Director
Supervises Consumer Services Representative

Purpose Statement:

  • Provide same day response to calls received into Consumer Services and 24 hour response to emails both in a manner that delights and endears the Nail Professional and Consumer to CND Brands.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (not intended to be all inclusive)

  • Manage Consumer Services
  • Ensure proper staffing for phone, email, eCommerce, warranty lamp and Front Desk coverage
  • Report monthly volume for inbound phone, email, eCommerce and warranty lamps
  • Notify Director of Business Services when there is a change in response time or an increase in the number of instances for any category of the business
  • Manage CARE Database: Update fields as new brands or services are introduced and monitor for email and lamp warranty transmissions
  • Ensure all drafts and reference materials are current and approved by Education
  • Provide ongoing education for staff
  • Manage internal orders: Marketing, PR, R&D, Emp0loyee as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of CARE Database
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • BA degree or minimum 5 years in related field
  • Management skill
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adept computer knowledge
