Nails are in strong shapes, with a little length and look hand-crafted,  home-made… almost child-like in animated swirls of primary color that seem to get lost is a Japanese cartoon.  Oddly, with all ten it looks right and very wearable…especially with tights that match!

Start with a base of CND Colour in Plumville, then go crazy swirling in Electric Orange, Bicycle Yellow and Anchor Blue with a toothpick or eyeliner brush.
