Sennen Pamich has a far-reaching background in beauty and luxury goods, which makes him ideally suited to pilot the CND worldwide business. Sennen’s history is full of notable names and global destinations! His career began at Procter & Gamble Italy, as a Marketing Brand Manager. Later, Sennen moved to Switzerland and joined Johnson & Johnson as the Sales and Marketing Director for Central Eastern Europe, transferring later to South Korea, where he served as Marketing Director for all Johnson & Johnson consumer brands.
Upon returning to Europe, Sennen took over the position of Worldwide Managing Director for the perfumes and cosmetics division of Italian luxury brand Bulgari. Six years later, he founded his own consulting firm, Italmex. His BA degree in business administration and MBA degree in international business & management have aided in his success throughout the years.
If Sennen were a shade of CND Shellac, he would be Fedora. The dapper hue is inspired by the men’s accessory that originated in Europe and became a worldwide trend.

Jacquie Johnson has been a CND VIP for more than a decade!
She began her tenure with CND as the Vice President of Marketing, leading the department to win numerous industry awards - including recognition for CND’s rebranding initiative. She then transitioned to Vice President of North American Sales in 2007.
Her innovative ideas and strong leadership led the U.S. sales team to double-digit growth in the past two years and enhanced distributor and salon partnerships across the country.
Jacquie is quick to note that she isn’t single-handedly responsible for these accomplishments. Instead, she credits the success to CND’s unique products, passionate sales team and dedicated customer service.

Deidre Golden has been managing CND cash flow since 1997! Her strong focus on asset management to ensure the company is continuously improving is critical to all company objectives.
