Swirl Girl

1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
2. Apply 2 coats of Royal Crime Enamel to all 10 nails and let dry.
3. Using a small brush, apply thin contrasting swirls with Silver Anniversary, NSF, and Free Spirit Enamels. For best results, wait 2 to 3 minutes between swirl colors.
4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
