- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of NFS Enamel to all 10 nails.
- 3. Apply dots of Cream Puff Enamel using the blunt tip of the polish brush in a random pattern on the nail. Some dots can touch for a most interesting pattern.
- 4. Place smaller dots directly in the middle of the white dots using Company Red Enamel. Do this with the blunt tip of the brush and simply “stamp” the color to the nail.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
