  • 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
  • 2. Coat all 10 nails with 2 coats of Cream Puff Enamel. Let dry.
  • 3. Using Voodoo Enamel, create 3 to 4 large random-shaped spots down the center of the nail and a number of small random-shaped spots down the side.
  • 4. Apply Silver Anniversary Enamel to the center of the large spots running down the middle of the nail.
  • 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
