1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
2. Apply 2 coats of Glowing Enamel and let dry.
3. Apply 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat and let dry.
4. Using a finger drill, pierce several small holes down the side of the nail.
5. Finish the nail by inserting copper rings.
